Title: AP Regional Sourcing & Logistics Manager （化工行业）
SBU: Sourcing & Logistics
Reports to: Global Sourcing Manager
Location: Shanghai
Position Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible to lead sourcing activities in AP region. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support business growth in the region.
Position Responsibilities:
The incumbent shall
? Direct the activities of sourcing team to oversee the development and administration of policies, procedures, programs, goals and objectives.
? Supervise sourcing team including hiring, training, evaluating performance of the buyers.
? Manage global, regional and local supplier relationships and negotiations including resolution of operational and supplier performance issues .
? Manage Business interface on a day-to-day basis with senior local stakeholders and ensure all needs are met.
? Develop strategic local suppliers in AP region who can support business growth in a long tem base.
? Work collaboratively with other sourcing colleagues to develop and share best practices and procurement process improvements.
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes
? Proven track record of execution excellence and delivering results.
? Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
? Significant commercial experience
? Solid interpersonal/facilitation/influencing skills
? Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment.
? Exhibits high business ethics and principle based behavior
? Ability to communicate across all levels, energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
? Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
? 10+Years or above of Sourcing or Manufacturing or Technical experience.
? Six Sigma training or Green Belt Certified.
