职位描述：
Major Job Objective
？ Manage clinical research related tasks according to business strategy
？ Perform the following tasks in accordance to Standard Procedures:
？ Perform study set-up activities such as site/ Investigator selection, document preparation (Protocol, CRF, agreements, ICF etc.), coordination with Authorities/ Ethics Committees, GCP-office, Clinical Research Support office etc. in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
？ Ensuring study conduct according to schedule and budget, incl. training of staff, material supply coordination, Monitoring activities and documentation
？ Performing data verification, collection and quality control of data from clinical studies
？ Performing frequent site visits throughout the course of the study in accordance to the Monitoring Plan and ensure a study closure in accordance to applying requirements
？ Assist with manuscripts for publication
？ As a representative of Global Clinical Research, participate in the project group meetings
？ Contribute to the design of DENTSPLY Sirona Implants Working Instructions for Clinical Research, with focus on local regulations and requirements in China
？ Promote outcome of clinical study activities in support of the business
？ Provide clinical literature search of Chinese literature in support for commercial team
？ Act as local Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) coordinator: review study proposals, stay in contact with Key Opinion Leader (KOLs)


Candidate Requirement
？ Scientific or medical background/ education to at least Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Medical discipline or related subject or postgraduate qualification in nursing, life sciences or medical sciences.
？ Familiar with applicable clinical research guidelines, local laws and regulations, e. g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH principles
？ Experience as CRA for at least 3 years (incl. site management and on site monitoring)
？ Experience in clinical research on medical devices
？ KOL management experience
？ Experience with Microsoft Office Software and databases
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
？ Well-structured, goal-oriented Team player 举报 分享
