Fortinet China is looking for a HR representative to provide the full spectrum of HR support and services to the management team and employees in our Beijing offices. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, Responsibilities include but not limited to
? Assist in day to day HR administrative work including data collection, system entries, arranging on-site interviews, etc.
? Support the HR team on parts of the employee on-boarding process
? Support the HR team on employee terminations and off-boarding activities
? Support Recruitment team on offer letter preparing
? Coordinate employee events, such as team building, lunch & learn, roundtable meetings, etc.
? Maintain employee information in HR databases as well as reporting and audits requirements
? Implement HR policies and initiatives
? Participate in any HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives
Qualifications/ Attributes:
? At least an Advanced/Graduate Diploma or Degree, ideally in Human Resource Management, Business related field
? Bilingual in English and Mandarin with good communication skills
? Team-oriented, fast learner, and willing to work in a fast paced and cross-site environment
? Minimum 3 years’ of HR working experience from technology industry
? Ideally with hands on experience in Oracle HR system and/or ADP will be of advantage
? Good skills on Microsoft office
? Able to work well under pressure
? Tactful in handling sensitive and confidential situations and information 举报 分享
