Boiler Product Manager锅炉产品经理

Report to 直接上级：
BD Director业务拓展总监

Purpose of Job 职位概要：
Condensing Boiler project management, as interface between customer and internal team

Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：
1.Communicate with customer and get customer expectation for condensing boiler related product requirement
2.Coordinate with internal team to make project milestones to meet customer expectations
3.Daily communication with customer to answer their technical questions and find solutions.
4.Participate in the condensing boiler product design work.
5.Manage and dictate the condensing boiler project implementation activities to ensure in time deliverables.
6.Train distributors or other parties when needed for application, installation, trouble shooting and repair etc.
7.Collect and sort market information about related products on technical aspect according to assignment
8.Conduct new product test and localization work according to assignment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识、技巧与能力要求：
1.5 years+ experience in boiler/combustion industry is a must
2.2 years+ in condensing boiler design or industrial boiler application experience is a plus
3.Has more than 3 years of project management experience.
4.Ability to learn product and business knowledge according to assignment
5.Discipline to fully execute job assignment and business process
6.Collaborative team-work spirit and initiation to own responsibilities
7.Self-motivated to maximize work efficiency and productivity, and to report progress and problems to supervisor
8.Good English-speaking and reading skills; oversea learning and living background is preferred
 
Qualifications,

Education and Work Experience 任职资格：
1.CET6, proficient in both English speaking and writing
2.Preferred Education: 4-year college degree of thermal energy, combustion or related major
