Accountant - Shanghai Disney Resort

This position reports to the Accounting Manager, Shanghai Disney Resort.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile and process all Journal Entries for all designated SHDR accounts within the SAP or other applicable ERP system.
2. Perform substantial data entry in ERP financial system.
3. Review and reconcile departmental budgets and account entries.
4. Set up, support, and process payments for SHDR vendors.
5. Assist accounting manager to prepare reporting packages on timely basis.
6. Prepare information required for statutory reports.
7. Maintain processes, research system data, and perform other ad hoc financial and business analyses as required.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
2. Proven experience and strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
3. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
4. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills
5. Willingness to learn new software applications
6. Accountant Vocational Certificate (Kuaiji Zheng)

6. Proficiency with ERP systems preferably SAP or Business One
