职位描述：
岗位职责：
1,Lead a team of software testers through the Software Development Life Cycle process and best practices.
2,Create, as needed, software testing processes, best practices and operations to ensure high quality.
3,Help testers resolve technical problems, track and approve vacation days for employees within the teams.
4,Manage relationships and communication with other technology implementation groups.
5,Ensure that test plans are well-documented and communicated.
6,Provide sound decision making risks and mitigations.
7,Keep abreast of new technologies and how they might solve technical or business problems.
8,Provide options and recommendations on use of technology to meet business requirements.
9,Develop, create and execute software testing plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
