Job Description:
Receive phone calls and direct to the relevant staff, take detailed message;
Greeting customers in good manner;
Handle all incoming and outgoing local, domestic and international parcels;
Responsible for travel arrangement, including hotel/air ticket booking and car ordering
Order stationary for all staff in office.
Check monthly payment/invoices, forward to Admin Manager/Finance for any billing purpose
Other duties as requested.

Requirements:
College Graduates or above
Minimum one year working experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
