Job Summary:

? The ERP Senior Analyst is the individual contributor accountable for providing overall direction and integration for a specific ERP module, functional and/or business area. S/he understands the business strategy of a particular function/area and works with the team to define business requirements. S/he also drives the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational structure and required ERP configuration. The incumbent must possess an in-depth understanding of the business function/process supported, and also be viewed as a credible representative of that business function/process. The successful implementation of systems is dependent on the ability of the incumbent to influence business leadership and management decisions and drive ownership and acceptance of changes to the business.


Qualifications:

? Minimum 5 years of work related experience
? Preferably have an Engineering or Computer Science diploma/degree
? 5 years of manufacturing experience in automotive environment
? 3 years of ERP experience; preferred experience in full lifecycle ERP implementation
? Standard user of desktop business applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
? Demonstrates strong ability to effective interact and communicate with all levels of people in / out of the organization
? Must be able to facilitate and execute classroom training programs
? Understands, promotes and lives by My client’s’s philosophies and the My client’s Employee Charter
? Maintains extremely high ethical standards regarding all sensitive data exposed to
? Produce a top quality product on time and ensures that it meets or exceeds our customer’s needs
? Shows willingness to learn, fully understands and adopts the My client’s CMS Standard approach for implementing iVP and the benefits of such systems
? Embrace and work well in a team environment, as well, is able to work and learn independently with minimal supervision
? Displays high attention-to-detail, consistently demonstrate and maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability
? Effective in the uses of project management tools
? Able to receive construction criticism well – accepts responsibility, and takes the initiative to improve
