Job descriptions:

This position is responsible for network and system level support for internal staff. This position requires strong technical skills and wide interesting in all kinds of IT affairs.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Support School's global WAN and VPN network
- Support of network related IT equipment and server services
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work together with team members for trouble shooting
- Able to work and complete multiple tasks within project timelines
- Able to process tickets
- Able to assist and help other team members

Personal Attributes & Requirement:

- University degree / graduated in IT, or IT related.
- 2-5 years of Experience with IT Infrastructure and Troubleshooting

Needed Skills:

- Good Network knowledge, including WAN/LAN/WLAN/VOIP/Wireless/QOS
- Experience on Cisco Router, Switches, and PIX/ASA
- Understanding Web based application architecture
- Good IT Service Management and IT Project management skills
- Good communication skill and service consciousness
- Good learning skills for IT tasks
- Valid Cisco CCNP Certification, Microsoft MCSE/ MCSA will be preferred
- Microsoft Domain administrator or Database Management experience is considered as a plus

Working Campus:
ShunYi Campus. Bus shuttle to Metro and SanLiTun Campus every day.
