Position：Quality Installations Coordinator
Department：Quality Employment Type: Full Time
Report to: Global Quality Installations Manager Subordinate：0

1． GOAL OF FUNCTION

? Support process of Installation, Manufacturing, Commissioning and Project Management for issue solving: containment and corrective actions, etc.
? Implement the communication links using SIR system between department involved during Installation phases.
? Contribute effort of preventive quality at open Installation sites.
? Handling quality issues related to installations and commissioning processes.
? Deployment of Local Quality and Global Quality Standards on open Installation sites.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
? Tracking of Installation Quality Costs (Scrap, Rework and Wararnty) to identify areas of improvement.安装过程中品质损失
? Providing Quality management advice, support and guidance to managers and employees on all matters relating to Quality issues, programs and systems.
? Develop and implement appropriate quality auditing tools and conducts site inspections and audits as appropriate.
? Handle customer complaints with assigned Installation Sites following 8D Problem Solving (3-D within 48 hours, 5D with 120 hours, 8-D completion with effective actions)
? Perform Scheduled Quality Assessments (Installation and Commissioning)
? Achieve full problem description of quality product issues reported from Installations to owners: Installation, Quality Manufacturing/Quality Suppliers, etc.
? Implement Quality Workmanship Standards on Installation Sites.
? Implement QBIC Elements for Installation such as: Issues Reporting and Solving, Non-Conformance Product Control, etc.

3. KEY COMPENTENCIES & SKILLS

? Fluent in English (reading, listening, speaking, writing)
? Experience of implementing Quality Programmes in Engineering companies
? Good understanding of manufacturing processes, such as sheet metal, machining, surface treatment, machine anchoring, etc.
? Self-driven and able to manage his weekly agenda for optimized results.
? Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas and organization levels both internal and external.沟通能力影响能力
? Experience performing Quality Audits (ISO/TS16949, ISO9001)
? Experience performing TS16949 audits is a plus
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimun 3 years experience in similar position,
automotive experience is a plus
? Good understanding and knowledge of AIAG core tools (PPAP, APQP/CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is a plus. 举报 分享
