Job Responsibilities:
? Product testing for volume production and RMAs
? To support/assist Engineers on analyzing and resolve technical issue on electrical design
? Support in New Product Introduction transfers
? Support Engineers in preparing and reviewing the BOM, routing, ECN and FMEA for production
? Implementing production testing tools, labeling systems and software loading stations
? Checking the quality of the product and identifying the error or faults
? Responsible for production process monitor to improve the yield
? Responsible for test report complete for each product, and keep test data record and traceability
? Execute the TPM with engineering and production team, Maintain the equipment, tester, fixture and spare part plan, and support design the fixture for testing based on demanding
? Manage 6S&ESD on test area
? Providing feedback about the finished product and recommendations to the R & D

Job Requirements:
? Diploma certificate or above in electric/electrical [prefer with RF or Wafer FAB knowledge]
? Fluent English level in writing, reading and speaking
? Minimum 2-3 years working experience or above in electrical industry
? Good problem solving skills
? Thorough knowledge about the methods and techniques of manufacturing
? Should be well organized and have an eye for detail
? Hands-on experience on test equipment like network analyzer, multi-meters, oscilloscopes preferred
? Hands-on Office skill and SAP experience.

? Good coordination skills to work with various departments
