Proposed Job Title:

Qualifications and required experience :
? 3-5 years direct experience with HRIS implementation and BAU support
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
? Knowledge of one or several HRIS / HR ERP systems. Workday experience will be advantageous.
? Effective written and oral communication skills in English
? Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
? Demonstrated knowledge of HR
? Organized, deliver-to-commitment mindset, and a positive “can-do” attitude in managing ambiguity
? An ability to think innovatively, creatively and engage in detailed-activities to get the work done
? Team player who can work effectively at all levels of the organization and across countries
? Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Role Description:
? Perform project activities leading to a successful HRIS implementation
? Support project lead on project-related documentation maintenance e.g. configuration workbook update
? Collect and consolidate local business requirements
? Partner with the project lead to provide HRIS technical support
? Coordinate HRIS integrations of M&A and other brands across China
? Initial analysis based on business requirements and data collection
? Support country project team to meet all deliverables
? Collaborate with country project teams to verify deliverables which are required in each project stage in a timely manner
? Participate in system testing and support UAT
? Support training and change management activities during and after implementation
? Provide support to stabilize the system and operations after implementation
? Support the project lead in evaluating the system and propose improvement opportunities 举报 分享
