职位描述：
Job Description
1. In charge of valuation of the Group’s assets; coordinate with outside valuation agencies, review valuation methods and reports
对公司地产项目进行价值评估，并审核第三方评估公司报告
2. Build and maintain financial models of the company, predict future cash flows
对所投资的项目进行财务模型分析，预测未来现金流情况
3. Conduct research on the company’s new investment opportunities, help with investment model
开展新项目的投资研究分析，协助完成投资模型分析
4. Follow regularly the macroeconomic and Real Estate industrial information, prepare relevant presentations for the board meetings
定期追踪宏观经济及行业信息，准备相关董事会文件
5. Preparation of different presentations either related to finance or business development
准备财务或业务发展的相关报告材料
6. Other assignments requested time to time
处理其他上级委托事宜

Requirement
1. Fluent English speaker, able to use English as working language in a good way.
能用英语作为工作语言，听说读写熟练
2. At least first degree in finance / accounting / economy. Highly preferred overseas (English speaking countries)
第一专业为财务、会计或经济专业，海外背景（英语为官方语言国家）优先
3. Accounting/Finance/Valuation background, experience with the Real Estate Big Five is a plus
财务/金融/估值相关背景，有地产五大行估值部经验优先
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT, good at Excel formulas
熟练使用Excel软件和PPT软件，能够熟练运用各种Excel公式 举报 分享
