岗位职责：
-Provide support for hardware and software problems.
-Train new staff the proper usage of the IT applications & peripheral equipments.
Assist computer users over the telephone. Receive, diagnose, and solve software and hardware problems by giving step-by-step instructions.
-Maintain and support of IT periphery equipments include printer, Fax machine, network connection, scanner etc.
-Take record of the problem, include record problem, delegate specific problem to the appropriate system experts. Trace and follow all the problem had been resolved.
-Manage IT spare parts, IT Software license inventory and IT fixed assets filing.
-Other IT related projects.Co-ordinate with IT department in Headquarter

Responsibilities:
· To carry out the necessary periodic maintenance operations to guarantee the correct operation of the local infrastructures.
· To execute the appropriate plan of contingencies should the need arise to assure the continuity of the operation of the local systems of information.
· To collaborate in the installations of the applications and improvements outlined starting from the support to the necessary infrastructures.
· To develop the necessary technique-operative documentation for the correct execution of the existent operations.
· To give support technician, analyzing and prioritizing the received incidences. To negotiate and to monitor the mishaps and the maintenance of the local infrastructures in way proactive, quick and effective.
· To apply security of the applications and/or local infrastructures from the marked guidelines from the Corporation.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:
· 3+ years college/university degree
· Or 5+ years experience in help desk support
Abilities:
· Good team work and ability to work independently.
· Knowledge networking including HTTP, SMTP, DNS and DHCP
· Familiar with Windows 2000/XP and MS Outlook
· Hands-on with Active Directory in Windows 2000/2003 environment
· Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
· MCSE will be added advantage
