Job description
This job role will have expertise in:
1. Server technologies: including system architectures (software & hardware), besides technical support of Windows server (AD, Fileserver) & Windows server application (MDT, MBAM, AirWatch, AnyConnect), Linux, UNIX, VMware and monitoring tools for those systems. Support includes installation, maintenance, problem troubleshooting, etc.
2. Storage technologies: including system architectures, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting of NetApp storage system & IBM N-series storage system.
3. Backup technologies: including system architecture, installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting of Netbackup and Commvault .
4. Telecom support: Cisco WebEx, Cisco Jabber, Cisco VC systems.
5. Engineering tools: including system architecture, installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting of common EDA tools and source control tool. It is a plus.
6. Datacenter, MDF, IDF maintenance.
 
Day-to-day responsibility includes but not limits to:
1. Maintain a thorough understanding of the systems and client supported
2. Ensure consistent delivery of quality support utilizing Marvell's processes and procedures
3. Problem troubleshooting and resolution in timely manner
4. Perform daily system checks, create system documentation
5. Manage and resolve problems escalated from helpdesk or IT team peers.
6. Maintain after hours on call support, if required.
 
Below skills/experiences are plus:
1. Experience in Windows/UNIX Operation System management.
2. Experience in VMware virtualization
3. Experience in NetApp storage system
4. Experience in backup solution
5. Experience with enterprise network infrastructure support
6. Ability to write/debug shell scripts is a plus. 举报 分享
