职位描述：
Basic Function Finance and housekeeping
？ Responsible for all SH daily finance and accounting matters
？ Annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast, Budget monitoring and costs control
？ Work closely with BJ headquarter on reporting consolidation and related analysis
？ Review all the business contracts/pricing breakdown and minimize the business and operating risks
？ Liaison with clients on debts collection, auditors, bankers, lawyers, tax consultants and local authorities
？ In compliance with WPP policies, procedures and other regulations and lead the team to complete the internal audits/SOX audits
？ Lead the team to complete the annual statutory audit
？ Ensures compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements and corporate policies

Operation
？ Timely and accurate management reporting and analysis to support management decision making and to enhance operational efficiency
？ works closely with general and business management team in analysing and interpreting commercial data including customer profitability and pricing proposals
？ Play as a business partner to SH management team and provide the business strategies advice from finance perspective.

Others
？ Implementation and development of internal control policies
？ Improvement and implementation of finance processes and systems
？ Mentors finance subordinates and assists in developing their skills set
？ Ad hoc or special projects or tasks arranged by China FD

Qualifications
？ Bachelor or above degree in accounting or finance-related discipline
？ At least 10 years’ relevant accounting experience in multinational company, preferably in service industry or agency
？ Initiative, reliability, self-motivated
？ Good communication skills across departments
？ Accounting qualification certificate, CICPA preferred
？ Excellent Computer skills, experienced with MS office
？ Excellent spoken & written skills in both English and Chinese 举报 分享
