Job Responsibility
？ Drive indirect sourcing best practice(e.g supplier qualification, bidding, saving, execution, supplier management) across function, business
？ Establish data intelligence center to drive supplier base rationalization, cash flow and payment on time saving opportunities
？ Build up regular communication forums with strategic suppliers and internal clients to understand market intelligence. trend, best practice, etc. to get the best service solution to the company
？ Manage supplier performance, relationship to ensure service quality, etc

Requirement
？ Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
？ Minimum of 8 years' experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial
？ Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
？ Change agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
？ Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
？ Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization
