Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Develop business in East China.
2. Search suitable candidates according to the job descriptions of our clients;
3. Screen CV strictly;
4. Interview candidates to see if they can meet the requirements of clients;
5. Arrange candidates to take the interview;
6. Follow up

Requirements要求
B.S/B.A degree or above; 本科以上学历（专业不限， 男女不限）
Related experience in working with a search firm is preferred 有猎头工作经验者优先考虑
Have a good network of contacts and knowledgeable of the labour market.
对人才市场有一定的了解，有很好的人际网络关系
Possess good interaction skills. 有较强的交际能力
Proficiency of both oral & written English; 能用英语沟通
Good command of communication skill; 较强的沟通能力
Persuasiveness, self-confidence, enthusiasm, patience, persistence; 较强的说服能力，自信，热情，耐心，有毅力
With strong commercial sense; 有很强的商业意识
With strong leadership skill and organization skill; 较强的领导能力和组织能力


公司给员工购买上海市社会保险（包括养老保险，医疗保险，失业保险，工伤保险，生育保险及住房公积金）；
工资构成： 基本工资 + 提成（提成不封顶）;

工作时间: 星期一至星期五，8小时
