As part of our continued growth, we seek a Senior Sales Assistant/ Coordinator to provide good support to sales team on forecast consolidation, meeting/ sample/ quotation arrangement.
The role
While working with our sales team in Shenzhen, you will:
- Manage sales database and documents; Consolidate Customer Forecast in sales force
- Internal meeting arrangements
- Samples management
- Assist sales in quotation and pricing application
- Administrate daily work for the office including purchasing, claiming office related expense, managing office properties, reserving flights and hotel
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
What we are looking for
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, English or Secretary
- Good communication and strong organizational skills
- Practical, rigorous, meticulous and responsible person
- Able to communicate in English – listening, reading, writing and oral
- Minimum 3-5 years international sales coordinator or secretary experience
- Experienced in MS office
