职位描述：
主要职责
1) Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels (warehouse, product category, brand, etc.) of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
2) Use and maintain the primary forecasting system tool and ensure data updated in SAP system.
3) Attend monthly S&OP meeting with commercial team and related functional team to review performance and ensure future reasonable sales forecast, and align supply plan to schedule production plan, replenishment plan, and inventory plan.
4) Properly apply and improve related forecast tools;
5) Evaluate monthly forecast accuracy and work with commercial team as to continuously track, coach and improve forecast performance.
6) SKU review for product portfolio analysis, inventory class definition.
7) Other supportive and ad-hoc issues/projects

任职资格
1） Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill.
2） Strong knowledge of demand planning process, SNP knowledge will be a plus
3） Good command of supply chain planning process from long-term to short-term planning
4 ）Strong statistics and analytical skills, data sensitive.
5） SAP operation knowledge and skills
6) Good oral and written English skills
7) BA/BS is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Statistics etc.
8) Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain, +3 years Planning experience preferred 举报 分享
