Requirement:

1. 每次到货后，验货与单据，制做收货差异报告给物料计划员，并保存供应商交货单据。
Check incoming shipments and supplier delivery notes, edit and present the discrepancy report to material planner and file the documents.

2. 将到货报请质量部检验，并根据检验结果收货（物料摆放在制定的库位上）。
Apply for QC inspection to the incoming materials and do goods receiving after the inspection.

3. 安排物料在仓库里和料架上的保管(如贴物料卡及出入库记录卡)，并做日常库存报告。
Monitor material storage in warehouse or on rack and edit daily stock record.

4. 收集看板拉动信息并安排上料。
Collect Kanban request information and feed the line.

5. 遵循先进先出的实施
Abide by FIFO control policy.

6. 协调生产线与仓库之间的物料拉动,将物料短缺信息反馈给计划员。
Coordinate material flow between production line and Warehouse. Work out daily zero-pick report and reflect the shortage information to ordering staff.

7. 负责物料出入库数据准确地输入系统中。
Input date into SAP system accurately.

8. 跟踪索赔件和返修件的到达时间，确保也进入先进先出系统。
Follow up Claim result and reworked quantity, ensure the replaced material enter into FIFO system too.

9. 监督将从厂区返回的或收货区发现的问题件贴标签存放并在系统中冻结。
Supervise workers to label, store the problem materials returned from plant or found in Receiving area and block them from SAP inventory.

10. 日常控制仓库和生产线之间料箱与料架的周转。
Arrange the cycle float of material bins or racks between warehouse and PBA.

11. 协调处理可疑零件并将信息通报给物料计划员。
Coordinate Non-conformance parts and notify the result to material planner.

12. 执行日常盘点，统计物料报废，年终盘点等与物料相关工作
Coordinate daily cycle count, scrap, API and other material activities.

13. 会开叉车并持有叉车证。
Can driving a forklift and keep forklift licence

Education &Experience:

1. 2年以上制造业工作经验
2. 有仓储管理经验，熟悉SAP系统仓储软件优先
3, 中专以上学历，会开叉车有叉车证
