RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Collection on delinquent accounts by calls & email and attend regular AR review
通过电话及邮件进行逾期账户的催收并参加定期会议
？ Document all communication with customers in Oracle
在系统中记录所有与客户间的沟通
？ Analysis of non-payment cases to propose & improve process
分析未付款情况以提出和改善流程
？ Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
监控和维护指定客户
？ Solve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, payments, refunds or adjustments
通过调阅文件，付款，退款或调整来解决账户差异
？ Strictly follow up Account Receivables processes & support process alignment, enhancement and business control
严格遵循应收流程，增强和业务控制
？ Answer customer’s questions in professional manner

？ Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales and customers

？ Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, Good English language skills both verbal and written
具备良好的沟通技巧，英文口语及书写能力
？ Working experience or internship in credit collection and AR department
有应收或催收部门工作及实习经验
？ High level of PC skills, preferably using Excel and MS Word
办公软件Word/Excel操作熟练
？ Familiarity with Oracle
了解Oracle软件
？ Finance/Business role or good communication skills in previous job experience would be preferred
财务/商务岗位或以往工作中具备良好沟通技巧优先
