Key Tasks

To achieve the Annual Budget Operating Plan

To achieve the Contractual KPI targets and Business Plan KPI

To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer

To perform aligned level of operations performance, productivity, CPI (Continuous Process Improvement)

To manage efficiently, coach and develop people under his/ her organization

Decision Making Authority

Operational

Procurement base on agreed budget within DC

Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

Strong management skills (planning, people, operations, warehousing)

Good understanding of finance (P/L), cost management

Understanding of China bonded policies and procedures

Preferably knowhow of telecom network equipment products

Skills & Competencies

· Expertise: has the motivation to expand and use technical knowledge or to distribute work-related knowledge to others

· Analytical Thinking: understands a situation by breaking it apart into smaller pieces, or tracing the implications of a situation in a step-by-step manner

· Relationship building: works to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships or networks of contacts with people

· Team Leadership: has the intention to take a role as a leader of a team or other group

· Concerns for Order and Quality: has an underlying drive to reduce uncertainty in the surrounding environment

Quality Tools and Measures: can systematically apply quality tools and measures to continuously improve customer satisfaction and productivity

Educational background / Work experience

Degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, economics or equivalent/ Master is an advantage

Minimum 5 years working experience in contract logistics, warehousing, engineering, implementation with operations management position
