Objective of Job
? To develop and manage Parts Pricing Strategy China with the objectives to achieve the set targets between our company for revenues, profits and customer satisfaction. To monitor the regulation changes from government authorities, market changes from brand competitors, and expectation changes from customers particularly on parts pricing and total cost of ownership topics through market research and other possible channels. To provide recommendation for management and operation level in order to optimize parts pricing and safeguard the sustainable growth of After-Sales business
 
Task & Responsibilities
? Parts Pricing Strategy
Ø Develop a clear Parts Pricing Strategy in Chinese market with defined short/mid/long term objectives and measures, in order to safeguard the sustainable and healthy business development of After-Sales
Ø Liaison for China market specific features to develop, convinces, and implements parts pricing strategy
? Parts Pricing Research & Market Monitoring
Ø Design and conduct research projects related to parts pricing and total cost of ownership surveys. Supervise the market research execution to co-ordinate with various parties to ensure the smooth execution of the fieldwork
Ø Continuously monitor the regulation changes from government authorities, market changes from brand competitors & independent after-market, and expectation changes from customers on parts pricing in Chinese market
? Cooperate with relevant teams or departments, make recommendations to the management regarding parts pricing and After-Sales strategies based on the analysis of research result and monitoring findings, in order to be well prepared and actively respond to environment changes
? Parts Pricing Projects
Ø Manage and control all pricing related aspects of After-Sales products and projects, including parts, accessory & collection, accident business, OtC, dealer bonus system, maintenance strategy, etc. Liaise and coordinate/communicate with relevant partners at GSP and dealers to ensure smooth, transparent and accepted outcomes
? Results Analysis for Parts Price Alignment
Ø Analyze sell data of focus products after price alignment to investigate the effects of price alignment.
? Personnel Development/Leadership
Ø Support and provide guidance to the subordinates for further advancement of qualification and career development in the company
 
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? Education
Ø Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering with relevant majors, as well as training or relevant experience in a Sales and Marketing environment.
? Experience
Ø At least 7 years' experience in an automotive business environment, both retail and wholesale with particular responsibilities for large volume sales turnover.
Ø Understand After-sales market deeply, both on blue channel and Independent market channel.
Ø Rich experience on market research, able to manage a market research independently.
Ø Good strategic thinking and personnel management skills, good communication and presentation skills.
? Specific Knowledge
Ø Knowledge of After-Sales parts/service business
Ø Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Ø Business fluent English – written and spoken
Ø Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
