职位描述

Areas of Responsibility

The position is accountable for achieving annual APP target (existing and new businesses combined) mutually agreed for each budget year.

(A) Operations management (60%)

1. Provide operations inputs to solution development, including operating model, outsourcing strategy, preferred service providers and cost structure

2. Develop SOP and KPI for customized programs

3. Plan and organize operations resources (e.g. system, team structure, service provider outsourcing, equipment, etc)

4. Set up systems and interface

5. Outsource to preferred service providers

6. Manage and complete service implementation

7. Monitor operations, service levels, productivity and KPI performance

8. Trouble-shoot day-to-day operational issues

9. Improve continuously cost efficiency and effectiveness of processes and information flows to achieve cost saving

10. Conduct internal operations review

11. Contribute to continuous system enhancement and integration

12. Conduct service provider performance review and negotiation

(B) Business development (5%)

1. Provide operations inputs and costing to solution development

2. Attend meetings with prospects

1. Provide feedback to customer inquiry and complaints

2. Provide reports and visibility

3. Strengthen relationships with customers in 2-up, 2-down approach

4. Anticipate proactively customer needs and work closely with Account Manager to develop new/enhanced solutions

5. Address to customer concerns, complaints and queries

6. Participate in customer service and operations review

(D) Profit & Risk management (10%)

1. Evaluate cost drivers and productivity to improve APP and APP/GP%

2. Evaluate operational liabilities with customers/suppliers to reduce risks

3. Prepare operations budget and forecast for Account Managers

(F) Team management (10%)

1. Supervise PSA operations team members

2. Develop and coach new PSA talents

3. Establish operations knowledge centre to retain and enhance best practices

Education & Professional Qualification：

University graduate, preferably in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, and operations management

Experience

Preferably 5 or more years of experience. Previous experience in the related industries, including 3rd party logistics and freight forwarding, is required.

Experience in working for multi-national corporations or with overseas customers preferred.

Experience in fashions and footwear industries is an advantage.

Skills：

Outstanding analytical skills and logical problem solving abilities.

Proficiency in handling numbers and details.

Process mentality is critical.

Sound common sense, passionate, committed.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills, fluency in Putonghua and English.

Capable to organize operations and mobile resources.
