As part of our continued growth, we seek a Testing Manager to support a team of engineers developing Test Programs in Dialog NPI center.
The role:
Working in our Global Manufacturing team, you will be based in our Tianjin site (open to other locations):
- Design and development of both software and hardware for our state-of-the-art mixed-signal automated test systems
- Conception and definition of innovative and efficient test strategies for our mixed-signal ICs in close collaboration with our design teams and application teams.
- Support Design verification and silicon characterization in co-operation with design team and product engineering
In order to be a successful candidate:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in development of ATE test program for analog and mix-signal IC, of which 3 years in a management role.
- Proven programming skills in C/VBA
- Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and verbal English is essential for success in this position.
