General Responsibilities:

Overall operation management, including business operations, customer service, customs clearance and documentation

_ Operation management

o Inventory based warehousing management, incl.

o Efficient labor management in a process-WMS-RF environment

o Supervise customs clearance procedure and skillful management on broker

o manage daily transportation if have

o operation performance analysis via various KPI

o Continuous optimization and improvement

o Deal with outstanding issue or any urgent case

o Cost management according to budget

_ People management

o Manage the whole operation team to deliver a stable ops quality

o Role as a model in leadership and living our core values

o Guide, motivate subordinates and increase employee satisfaction

o Actively delegate learning opportunities and coach your colleagues

o Ensure the right people in the right positions

o Attract, develop and retain talent within group

_ Customer service & client management

o smooth communication with customer’s various management, in English fluently is must

o Skills to deal with customer operation team to deliver the daily smooth operation

o Capability to deal with any outstanding issue/urgent case

o Responsible to establish good relationship with client from management level to add client’s trust on

partnership with 。。

_ Business expansion
