岗位职责：
1. 负责集团Oracle ERP的实施及运维工作，制定相关ERP项目实施方案；
2. 进行项目的实施、指导与沟通，控制项目进度；
3. 负责Oracle ERP软件的产品功能咨询、指导训练、实施上线；
4. 负责ERP系统信息融合，提升业务执行效能；
5. 评估二次开发的需求分析；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、管理、财务等相关专业优先，五年以上ERP内外部实施顾问经验；
2. 对Oracle ERP原理较为熟悉，了解并能运用数据库相关知识；
3. 有大型生产型企业集团ERP项目实施或项目管理经验，并担任重要角色,具有ERP运维经验者优先；
4. 善于沟通，具有较高的组织、沟通、协调能力；
5. 工作细致、严谨，有良好团队合作及开拓创新精神；
6. 高度的敬业精神，能接受高强度的工作，自我学习的能力强.
