Job Summary: To support business development from solution perspective, mainly RFP / RFI response development and supply chain solution design.

Responsibilities:

1.Duties and Responsibilities:

a) Develop suitable solution input for RFP / RFI response, including data analysis, transport solution development, routing design, process design and quotation preparation.

b)Develop costing and pricing to support bidding

c) Organize RFP / RFI response

d) Communicate with customers to understand their business and design proper solution for their operation

e)Communicate with operation / implementation team to hand over the solution after business awarded

f)To support any other project according to business requirement

2.Major Challenges:

a)To develop best in class solution to achieve optimum logistics flow and productivity as well as fit customers’ interests

b)To provide professional solution support to business development

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent

Working Experience:

· Minimum 5 years experience in logistic or related industry, preferably in the transport industry

Skills:

·Solid supply chain solution design skills

·Strong proficiency in Windows, Minitab, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint essential

·Proven communication, facilitation, consulting and interpersonal skills

·Excellent written and spoken English

Knowledge:

·Transportation operation or implementation experience

·Network design knowledge

·Transport routing design knowledge

·Basic warehousing operation knowledge

·Project management knowledge

·Import / export or FTZ knowledge is a plus
