职位描述

Job Summary

To effectively partner and support the Key Account Team in the pursuit for the growth of business locally and regionally..

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

In liaison with the local customer service & operations teams, responsible for the ZDS implementation and management of ongoing business operations and improvement initiatives along with assigned KAM.

Primary point of liaison with customer on all issues relating to ongoing day to day business process from implementation to successful first Quarter Business Review.

Host operational; implementation meetings and follow up calls to assure consistency, synergy and use of best practice across the operations

Establishment of business KPI’s with customer and KAM. Use of these indicators to drive internal process implementation and future improvements across the operations

Perform consistency operational audits annually to assure updated information and metrics are available and used.

Integrate internal IT requirements with assigned technical staff to assure expediency in report development, distribution and analysis.

Internal communication to all company stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of all resources to agree customer requirements.

Workflow analysis and development of new processes to provide better operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-modal freight operations and IT interface in this industry and 3 years experience in team development and appropriate deployment of resources.

College graduates

ZDS trained using ZDS methodology for deployment.

Ability to translate concepts to reality and clearly communication skills.

Possesses a structured approach to problem solving.

Able to work under pressure and multiple tasks ully versed in the following software: Visio, Excel and Power point.
