职位描述：
The candidate needs to have hands on experience of managing social presence/campaigns for clients. He / she should have experience working either within an agency or with a media partner in a digital planning, social strategy, and account management function.
The candidate will be the main contact window of a few selected clients, he/she should have the maturity to handle clients’ requests and promote Social products and offerings
The candidate is expected to work closely with traditional/digital planners within DAN to deliver integrated marketing solutions to clients.
The social media manager will have coaching responsibility to junior social planners.

Responsibilities Include:
？ Support the Social Media Director to manage and coordinate new business pitches and delivering outstanding social media campaigns, consistent with the high standards we have within DAN
？ Lead the social media plan drafting, reviews and new projects recommendation to existing clients
？ Monitor trends in social media channels; appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts for clients
？ Manage social media performance data and KPI dashboard to measure social activity effectiveness and review the results and share with clients and brand team for enhancement and optimizations
？ Support Social Media Director in other client and business initiatives.

Job requirement:

？ A minimum of 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years of social media experience(paid, owned and earned)
？ Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related programs
        Knowledge of social media landscape and platforms in China, familiar with Weibo/Wechat management
？ Good at managing social campaigns and integrated marketing activations
？ Proficiency in working in both Chinese and English, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
？ Working knowledge of online research tools and listening tools
？ Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
？ Experience with creating and identifying quality social media content related to brands specific topics is preferred 举报 分享
