? Coordinate customer activities (i.e. attend/arrange meetings)
? Develop “Proposed Concept & process & Schedule”
? Identify possible assembly process improvements
? Prepare concept drawings and layout
? Prepare presentation materials
? Line-up Sub-Supplier/Vendors
? Review Sub-Supplier/Vendors quotes for content and compliance
? Develop a ‘full cost’ estimate based on identifying equipment and sub-supplier vendor quotes
? Prepare quotation document
? Coordinate internal activities with project team after proposal period</p><br><p>? University degree major in Engineering preferred
? 5+ years engineering experience with BIW systems preferred
? Prior proposal and estimating experience is a plus
? Work experience as a process engineer in the BIW plant is a plus
? Excellent computer skills with experience using Micro-Soft and AutoCAD
? Technical writing ability
? Excellent English communication skills, both on speaking and writing
? Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
? Seek and be ‘open’ to new technology and ideas
? Skilled in writing structured technological documentation
? Self-discipline, self-motivation
