Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and BDs.
3. Fulfill all working responsibilities to reach the defined goals and duties assigned
4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and project owner in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
6. Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
7. Conduct project post items and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
8. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Job Experience, & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Engineering or science background would be priority;
2. Full fluency in written and spoken English;
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
4. Strong knowledge and experiences in management of logistic operations, co-packing, transport and warehousing. Knowledge of WMS and supply chain tools.
5. Strong administration and organizational knowledge, strong leadership, ability to manage the change in the company while developing creativity of team members.
6. Mature, reliable, tolerant, and determined;
7. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person’s point of view;
8. Well presented and businesslike.
