Job Profile:

n Promoting offshore solutions to professional intermediaries in the China market

n Active business development to identify new opportunities to grow the client base of our China operation

n Executing, monitoring and reporting on a Strategic Business Development Plan

n Able to work closely in Team environment and hand over solid leads to the sales organization

n Fast track learning regarding compliance, various jurisdiction attributes and characteristic and other business requirements

Candidate Profile:

n Mature and experienced with demonstrated leadership, management and people skills

n Strong sense of professional integrity

n Able to think rationally with an appreciation of practical and common sense solutions

n Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

n Creative, independent and self-motivated/self starter

n Results-oriented, "can-do", client focused attitude

n Team player

Strong IT skills [well versed in Word and Powerpoint

Education Profile:

n Company Secretary, Trust, Accounting, Law or Banking fields with at least 5 years plus professional experience

n Degree qualified in Administration either at Bachelor or Masters level

Experience in the Offshore Trust industry an advantage
