Job Summary
Support the senior staff to prepare the proposal of valuation services and help the team to meet the team target as well.
Be familiar with different valuation models and approached, can act professionally in front of the client and be capable of preparing accurate, reliable, logical and high-quality valuation report with proper guidance.
Ensure all works done are in full compliance with senior staff's requirement & Knight Frank Standards, delivering best service to the client. Improve accuracy as well.
Paying special attention to senior staff's deadline requirement for each assignment.
Keep abreast with latest market updates and professional knowledge through tracking the latest market transaction & regulatory changes. Build up and maitain the filing and database system for the department.
Qualifications
University degree in Real Estate, Economics or related
Excellent writting and communicaton skill in English
Valutaion experience in advantages
