职位描述：
Assembly of complete front-end modules within the assembly system (assembly line) in accordance with the prescribed targets with regard to product and operational quality.
依据规定的有关产品及操作质量的目标，装配系统内部完成整个前段模块组装。

Positioning and fixing of parts/ components on the assembly frame
  装配框架定位及固零部件

Implementation of assembly work such as pressing, screwing or sticking rubber parts and seals, hoses, and air ducts
装配工作通过拧紧或粘橡胶件、密封件，软管，和空气管道实现

 Inserting or screwing of unit-specific individual parts
插入或拧紧特别的单个零部件

Clipping, securing and plugging in cable ducts, clips, bolts and other parts
裁剪，确保和封堵电缆管道，卡子，螺栓及其他部件

Inserting and adjusting headlamps with the adjusting aids provided, followed by screw fitting
通过提供的调整帮助插入和调整前大灯，紧接着螺旋接头

Assembly of cables and cable groups
电缆及电缆组件装配

Recognising and fitting different paint-work sections by screwing or clipping
通过拧紧或裁减识别和安装不同油漆工作部分

Pre-assembly testing of component groups and parts in accordance with written or verbal instructions

Cleaning and polishing of paint-work sections with basic cleaning and polishing materials

Labelling and / or marking of modules

Operating the assembly line’s equipment for screwing, handling, milling and transporting
操作装配线拧紧、处理、加工和运输设备

Operating the assembly line’s IT reading equipment (scanner, keyboard)
操作装配线IT阅读设备（扫描仪，键盘）

Support in tooling and re-tooling operations on the assembly system
支持装配系统的加工和再加工操作
Carrying out basic repair work in accordance with instructions
依据指示进行基本的修理工作

Changing containers with materials in the area near the assembly line and in the assembly supply line
在装配线和装配供应线附近区域改变材料容器

Taking modules off the line with equipment provided; securing of modules for transport
通过提供的设备从线上取出模块，运输安全模块

Make sure that the sequence of the modules is correct at all times
确保任何时刻模块的序列都是正确的

Carrying out rework on parts/components/ modules according to instructions
依据指示进行零部件/原件/模块的返工

Checking of parts and modules based on working instructions and quality specifications
基于工作指导书和质量说明书检测零件和模块

Making sure that the workplace is clean and tidy
