职位描述
General Description:
This role will be part of BorgWarner China IT team that is responsible for country wide network and telecom support.
Key Accountabilities:
l Provide the first level support on China IT infrastructure including network, telecom and Windows AD support
l Coordinate with WHQ IT, authorities and service provider to roll out various network or AD projects
l Play as the project coordinator for any IT ELV Project
l Configure network and telecom equipment as needed, apply necessary IT securities on the equipments
l Handle break/fix issues as required on network and telecom equipment.
l Perform and monitor China network and telecom system
l Maintain and report on current network and telecom system.
l Submit Request for change requests to the Change Management Board as required for additions or changes made to the network
l Create and maintain network and process documentation covering backups, patching, hardware, software or other items as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
l Plan, organize, oversee, and perform optimizations of the network and telecom environment.
l Perform after hour maintenance and emergency on call work as needed
l Act as the backup person for other infra support functions, such as Email, Storage, Backup.
Qualifications and Requirements:
l Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related technical degree
l Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in MNC
l Excellent working experience with Cisco switch/router and routing technology
l Working experience with SSL VPN Equipment, Cisco PIX firewall, Cisco IP telephony and Cisco wireless networks
l Experience on Active Directory, Exchange, Service Desk, SAN, NAS is plus.
l Experiences with cabling and ELV project
l CCNA, CCNP and MCSE is preferred.
l Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
l Ability to create clear and accurate network and process documentation
l Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
l Strong oral and written English is required.
l Demonstrated ability to learn on the fly and acquire new skills via both instructor-led and self training coursework is required.
