Main goals and objectives:

To enable VW Group brands imported cars import and registration in China, this position should work together with each brand EA and multi Chinese authorities, technical institutes; with its sufficient technical know-how on cars, multi homologation systems and technical regulations provide homologation service by getting approval from multi authorities enable sales business.

Serving Brands: VW, VWNF, LAMBORGHINI, SEAT AUDI, BENTLEY, ,BUGATTI, SKODA;

? To ensure market launch, customer registration of the new models of every brand for China, carrying out emission homologation projects on data, reports and authorities application;

? Against development of China automotive technical regulations and authorities administrative rules, carry out projects on tests, reports and application phases to renew all approval enable all launched models continuous registration in China;

? Manage brand finance of emission part, coordinate multi payments and report process;

? Support the importer on cars import and registration in emission related matters;

? Assistant manager on other related issues;

Achieve above targets require below competent and actions :

? Implementation project process and contribute for continuous optimization;

? Sufficient technical know-how on automotive emission control, and on emission regulation and standards;

Coordinate internal and external parties and organize workshop/ events incl. VGC EA, technical institutes, authorities etc. for good understanding on China homologation administration for homologation targets;

Your Responsibilities:

1.To ensure market launch, customer registration of the new models of every brand for China, carrying out emission homologation projects on data, reports and authorities application;

Complete project plan for application part;

2.Against development of China automotive technical regulations and authorities administrative rules, carry out projects in planning/ data phase to renew all approval enable all launched models continuous registration in China;

3.Manage brand finance of emission part, coordinate multi payments and report process;

4.Support the importer on cars import and registration in emission related matters;

5.Assistant manager on other related issues;

Achieve above targets require below competent and actions :

? Implementation project process and contribute continuous optimization;

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Automotive engineering and mechanical engineering;

? Business management is a plus;

? Perfect English oral and written, German is a plus

Working experience (in years):

? Min. 8 years in automotive engineering or testing

? Min. 5 years in the technical cooperation project management between Chinese government departments / institutions and foreign companies / internal organizations

? Strong communication skills and willing to learn

? In-depth understanding to the Chinese and German cultures
