Reporting Line

Reports to HR&Admin Manager, China

Job Description:

· Answer telephone calls, provide reception service, and greet incoming visitors.

· Conference room management (booking/equipment check/stationery refill)

· Stationary management including distribution and stock management

· Arrange local and international express mails

· Reception environment and plant management

· Collect and check reimbursement file.

· Assist HR & Adm. Manager in regular works

· Other tasks as required by the company or supervisor

Job Requirement:

· College degree

· Excellent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken

· 1 years+ experience in providing secretarial / administration support

· Pro-active, mature, able to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure

· Ability to handle complex situations flexibly

· Ability to handle a variety of tasks, sometimes simultaneously, professional and pleasant manner

· Strong teamwork spirit

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
