- Responsible for key project management, including candidate searching, screening, interviewing and presenting to the assigned vacancies;
- Be a coach and leader for the researchers;

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Minimum 3 years in recruitment or executive search; Preferred the previous experience in pharma or bio-tech industry client recruitment;
- Fluency in both oral and written English;
- Excellent communication skills.
