Accountabilities:

· To be responsible for entry point for sales team of selected customers- to assist AP/EU region salesperson for LBCO /TMNVO business and render general administration support to the Sales team

· To be responsible for tender/bidding handling and and Contracting process preparation - to coordinate region sales check and complete the required part of bid, eg rate,route matrix, transit time, DD etc inputs

· To be responsible for LBCO teamsite set up and maintenance- to capture or consolidate LBCO customer SOP of the Sales team and build the LBCO teamsite with SOP and useful information to meet the requirements of CSD project

· To be responsible for reports generation to support customer analysis internally- to generate CSD initiatives reports eg. and Improve Equipment Balance report; LBCO performance current vs. last year, etc.

· To be responsible for reports generation base on customer requirements- to provide appropriate assistance per customer's particular need of reports

· To maintain and facilitate the CSD initiatives platform - to update salesperson in LBCO team list; coordinate the NCPF LBCO customer group verification




Requirements:

· Able to work initiatively under pressure and within deadlines

· Complete assignment timely as instructed and required with high standard of accuracy

· Complete projects timely as required

· High standard of data quality

· High standard of accuracy adhere to the report submission schedule

· Requirement should be updated promptly and accurately
