II POSITION DESCRIPTION
A. JOB SUMMARY
Providing sound business analysis support in 3 major areas:
- New business development
- Existing business retain and profitability improvement
- Strategic and operational initiatives
Driving for continuous improvement on standardized tools, methodologies, as well as
streamlined information flow and decision making process to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness of business analysis.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with BD Team on risk-opportunity analysis, cost modeling and pricing strategy
buildup in response to RFPs;
- Provide active support on commercial terms negotiation with customers for the Company’s
better positioning;
- Provide seamless internal communication on commercial terms to account management and
operation team as preventive move to minimize breach/default risk;
- Provide profitability, ROI analysis, sensitivity study and scenario comparison on key strategic
and operational initiatives to support senior management decision making;
- Drive for continuous improvement on the tools, methodology and work flow to enhance
effectiveness and efficiency of business analysis.

? Bachelor degree or above in Business Management / Logistics / Finance or
Equivalent
Experience
? Minimum 5 years experience in business / commercial / finance analysis;
? Previous working experience in contract logistics is a plus
Skills
? Well-rounded analytical skills (financial knowledge on this part will be a plus)
? Logic thinking and good problem solving skills
? Proven communication, facilitation, consulting and interpersonal skills
? Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge
? Profound knowledge in business data analysis tools and methodologies
? Knowledge of logistics business in warehousing and transport
? General knowledge of some basic finance
