职位描述


Job Purpose
Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:


  1. BD: To develop new account and opportunities related to the sector for the team whilst achieving the yearly budget given by the functional sector leader he/she is dotted line reports into
  2. KAM: Continue to support the Key Account role by maintain and growing at least two account on the century account list within that is named by AP to include within the sector
  3. Managerial duties: To lead the sector in growth YOY according to the individual accounts, manage A/R and collections based on company policy, lead the team based on company’s vision, mission, compliance requirements, and finally to bring morale to the members
  4. Sector promoter: A Sector leader has responsibility to act as supports to help i.e. Field Sales team and other teams within the organization to sell account related to their sectors to promote the knowledge which may lead to an overall growth by the end of the year

Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above and prefer related major.

Knowledge & Skills
Consultative selling skills, customer focused and conflict management skills.
Demonstrated capabilities and aptitude in financial metrics and analysis.
Action oriented individual that is comfortable with ambiguity and a successful track record growth via innovative and consultative sales approach.

Experience
At least 3~5 years work experience in Freight Key account function
