Individual Sales Effectiveness
? Keep regular call and visit for customers 按时打电话拜访客户
? Implement sales strategies and daily actions 执行销售战略和日常工作
? Work with managers and people from other functions on pricing and profitability for the assigned territory for all projects (both supply and fix contracts) 与经理和其他职能的人员进行项目上的合作
? Be responsible for the sales budget, sales revenue, margin, project numbers, etc. 负责销售预算、销售收入、利润、项目编号等
? Enhance the sales accountability in terms of profitability and sales volume 提高销售能力
? Review achieved results vs. budget on a regular basis with sales manager 定期与销售经理评审取得的结果并审核预算
? Monitor customer与客户保持紧密联系
Qualifications and Experience required
Experience required:
? At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing or construction industry 至少3年工作经验在制造业和建筑业
? Reference or proven sales record in value terms or project basis 项目销售能力出众
? Reference or proven customer/ DI network 客户资源网络丰富
Qualifications required:
? College degree or above, civil engineering, construction, engineering major would be preferred 大专以上学历,土木工程,建筑,工程专业优先
? Computer literate (eg. Microsoft office, CRM software) 熟悉电脑操作
Other requirements
? Basic written and oral English 基本的英语能力
? Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill良好的沟通、演讲和谈判技巧
? Self-motivated, open to new ideas and work methods有上进心,乐于接受新思想和工作方法
? Technical knowledge would be preferred技术知识优先
? Be able to travel around 接受出差
