职位描述
Objective of job
Support, monitor and advice authorized dealer network according to the warranty & goodwill guidelines to ensure smooth and timely transactions between customers, service network and MBCL.
Task designation
1 Give warranty support and advise to dealers on warranty/goodwill claims submission and ESKULAB enquiries in compliance with warranty regulation
2 Arrange and conduct warranty support programs on dealer side: Star Coaching, On-site support, WOS
3 Liaise with service network and Central Department on enquiries regarding partially accepted or rejected claims
4 Inspect workshop warranty parts store at the service centres, scrap parts.
5 Monitor compliance with instructions for claim parts and store room.
6 Support the new dealer in the warranty & goodwill processing.
7 Prepare statistics and reports.
8 Monitoring GALA parts handling, arrange special GALA parts if necessary, maintain records
Qualification required
o Skills/Experience/Attributes:
2 years of automotive repairs; 1 year of warranty processing.
o Specific knowledge:
Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and writing;
Computer Professional Skills with OFFICE (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, E-mail and Web);
Consistency and accuracy in administrative task;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to work as a team with other departments.
o Education/Training:
Recognized automotive technician apprenticeship; product knowledge; repair procedures; warranty regulations.
