职位描述：
Job Duties:
-Accept booking and confirm the booking information is right with shipper.
-Coordinate with shipper about the preparation of cargo & documents, ETD, ETA, etc.
-Send shipping advice and pre-alert to agents on the cargo transportation with related information.
-Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.
-Assist in tracing and following up cargo to airport to ensure prompt delivery of freight.
-Data input and system maintenance.

Requirements:
Academic:
-College or above.

Experience & knowledge:
-Minimum 3 years relative working experience in multinational forwarding company.
-Good freight forwarding knowledge and familiar with air operations process and requirements.
-Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
-Excellent computer skills.
