岗位职责：

1. 负责第三方客户销售数据统计并核对第三方客户关联/非关联方供应商总账科目资料；

2. 负责相关财务核算、报表编制等及相关的财务流程及制度的制订、完善和优化；

3. 负责所属项目组的工作计划制订及工作安排，对项目所属人员的工作进行考评，并负责与下属财务人员进行工作沟通和协调；

4. 负责监督、指导下属财务人员的核算业务工作，及时发出问题并处理，努力提高工作质量/效率；

5. 愿意接受挑战, 善于沟通，工作积极主动且责任感强，具备一定的协调能力；

6. 负责团队建设及人才管理培养工作, 为集团财务项目输送人才；

7. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，财务管理、会计学相关专业；

2. 具备良好的英文口语及书写能力；

3. 正直乐观、 思维敏捷、 有较强的团队意识和执行力，能承受较大的工作压力，善于总结工作经验；

4. 具有较全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉相关法律法规和制度；

5. 五年以上工作经验或有财务共享中心管理经验者优先考虑。
