Due to exciting large scale expansion in Great China, we are seeking for an experienced Recruiter to join our vibrant Shanghai team to handle the full recruitment life-cycle in Great China Region for our client Covance who is a global leader in the clinical research industry.
We are looking for a “roll-up your sleeves” recruitment professional that has experience recruiting candidates at professional/manager level. Critical skills include the ability to direct source candidates, identify the key components and spirit inherent in the ideal profile and communicate directly with our client. Passive candidate recruiting experience is a must.
Description
As a Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout's RPO client -Covance. The Recruiter has an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
The primary responsibility will be to recruit for high-volume or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout's RPO client - Covance. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiters must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
The fast paced environment of an entrepreneurial organization requires the Recruiter to use judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple requisitions at once, and meet objectives. As such, the following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position:
Excellent consultative skills Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to Prioritize and Plan Understanding of recruiting principles
Attention to Detail Proven experience in all recruiting methods
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Ability to Multi-Task Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Demonstrated experience in Behavioral based interviewing techniques
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
Excellent customer service skills PC Literacy - (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Applicant Tracking
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
