职位描述：
1. Quality Planning质量策划
1.1 Organize the implementation of advanced product quality planning activities in the new project. 先期产品质量策划（汽车）
1.2. Creating control plan for different sample stage, including review and confirm control plan of Supplier side if required. 制定产品控制计划
1.3. To Responsible for qualification and validation various key characteristic during new product design phase. 负责确认新产品设计阶段的产品质量
1.4. Organize all new part samples measurement and test, prepare FAIs and responsible for the further approval process.
         负责新产品测量的计划以及样品递交及批准的跟踪
1.5 Manage production part approval process (ISIR) for plant in-house made part and Sourcing part 管理自制和采购件的生产件批准程序

2. Quality Control 质量控制
2.1 Ensure effective Project phase quality reviews and flawless launch 确保对项目各阶段的定期质量评估
2.2 Ensure global alignment with project with performance testing 确保满足客户需求并结合国际或集团标准等制定产品性能测试
2.3 Conduct process audits & amp; PPAP 参与过程评审及生产批准流程
2.4 Align with QMS requirements 结合相关质量管理体系要求

任职要求：
1.3年以上相关行业质量工作经验 More than 3 years related region quality experience
2.熟练使用相关质量工具（APQP，FMEA，SPC，MSA，PPAP) Skilled at the quality tools
3.有汽车行业质量策划相关的工作经验Experienced in Advanced quality planning in automotive industry
4.熟悉相关质量体系要求Familiar with the quality system ISO 9001 & TS16949
5.Hold certificate of internal auditor and experienced in持有内审员证书且具备一定的审核经验 举报 分享
