职位描述：
Service Engineer for Continuous Emissions Monitoring System

Reports to General Manager

Scope of main responsibilities:

After a training period on our systems and products, he will have to carry out the technical services including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our equipment at factory and at site in China.


· Performs the installation, commissioning and training at site.
· Performs the maintenance at site according to the service contract terms and provides circumcised site visit reports.
· Provides proactive, quick and efficient remote (offline and online) technical assistance to Users.
· Provides assistance at factory on system integration.
· Provides support to the sales team.
· Continuously self -updates his knowledge and skills on our systems and products.

Requirements:


· Engineering degree preferably in industrial instrumentation with a minimum of 2 to 3 successful years experience in technical service in China. Proven track record with CEMS or instrumentation equipment is a plus.
· Frequent travels over China.
· Being used to working independently, self-responsible and efficiency oriented.
· Customer oriented with sense of alert / awareness of Customer issues.
· Be thorough, proactive in his work, able to work under pressure.
· Electronics system hardware, troubleshooting methodology required.
· Decent command of English (reading, writing, speaking) would be a plus.

主要职责范围：

经过我们的系统及产品的培训期后，他将做技术服务工作，包括安装，调试，维修及保养我们的设备，在工厂和中国的网点。

? 履行安装，调试，现场培训。
? 根据服务合同条款履行妥善的现场维护。
? 向用户提供主动，快捷，高效的远程（离线和在线）技术援助。
? 在工厂协助系统集成。
? 支持销售。
? 在我们的系统和产品更新换代的基础上不断的进行自我知识和技能的更新。

要求：

? 理工科学位，最好是在中国工业仪器仪表行业的技术服务领域有最少2至3年的成功工作经验。有处理烟气连续在线监测系统或相关仪表仪器经验是一个加号。
? 能适应在全国范围经常出差。
? 能够独立工作，自我负责和效率为导向。
? 以客户为导向的意识，理解客户需求。
? 工作非常积极主动，考虑周到并具有前瞻性，能够在压力下工作。
? 具有电子系统硬件知识，需具有故障排除的方法和能力。
? 良好的英语（读，写，讲）将是一个加号。
